About

The Red Ink Community Library is a nonprofit 501(c)(4) organization that brings equitable access to a collection of historical, economic and political material. Its formation sets a cornerstone in the leftist Providence community, to turn allies into comrades, to challenge cultural hegemony, to raise up community voices, and provide a safe space for people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Red Ink Community Library aims to become a nexus of radical and revolutionary thought.

Red Ink Community Library is not government affiliated and accepts no funding from government organizations. Red Ink does not have a pay-to-play system with any municipal or state governance and strives for accountability to the people in which it serves and integrity in its actions and responsibilities to the community.
